DESCRIPTION :

Elasto Micro Emulsion is a solvent-free aqueous silicone ester emulsion. It is designed to be used for reducing water absorption capacity of building materials.

Elasto Micro-Emulsion can be used for the waterproofing of external brick walls and exteriors without leaving any patch. When Elasto Micro Emulsion is incorporated into low slump cementitious products such as imitation stone blocks and pavers, the permeability to water and the occurrence of unsightly efflorescence is dramatically reduced.

PRIMARY USES :

1.       Excellent product for exteriors or expensive tiles/stones/marbles etc.

2.       Reduces water absorption by about 95%.

3.       Elasto Micro Emulsion is permanently bonded to substrate and cannot be washed out. Does not leave an oily residue on the product.

4.       Easy to use.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
 Preparation of Surfaces to be treated is of utmost importance. The surface should be clean free from any bitumen, oil, grease and loose particles. All laitance and loose particles should be removed by wire brushing and all undulation and cracks should be filled with made good using Elasto Repair systems. Fill up all the joints, cracks, crevices, with Elastic repair materials, prior to the application of Elasto Micro Emulsion.

Can be applied by low –pressure spray pump or brush. Two application wet to wet should be made.

Coverage  :

60 -80 Sqft per litre per coat depending on the porosity of the substrate.

STORAGE:

To be stored in closed container in a cool place and prevent from extremes of heat.

PACKING :

Elasto Micro Emulsion  is available in 20 Kg and 50 Kg packing containers.
